The person should have some higher secondary education along with a relevant minimum of 2-3 years of work experience.<br \/>\nThe person should be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities for this job position:<br \/>\n\u2022\tDirect and control daily operations<br \/>\n\u2022\tEvaluate daily operations<br \/>\n\u2022\tPlan and organize daily operations<br \/>\n\u2022\tManage staff and assign duties<br \/>\n\u2022\tStudy market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors&#8217; operations on sales<br \/>\n\u2022\tDetermine merchandise and services to be sold<br \/>\n\u2022\tImplement price and credits policies<br \/>\n\u2022\tLocate, select and procure merchandise for resale<br \/>\n\u2022\tDevelop and implement marketing strategies<br \/>\n\u2022\tPlan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses<br \/>\n\u2022\tDetermine staffing requirements<br \/>\n\u2022\tResolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages<br \/>\n\u2022\tRecruit, hire and supervise staff and\/or volunteers<br \/>\n\u2022\tConduct performance reviews<br \/>\n\u2022\tSupervise office and volunteer staff<br \/>\nWe pay a competitive wage of $37.69 per hour.
