The person should have College level education along with relevant minimum 2-4 years of work experience. The person should be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities for this job position:<br \/>\n\u2022 Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors&#8217; operations on sales<br \/>\n\u2022 Manage staff and assign duties<br \/>\n\u2022 Determine merchandise and services to be sold<br \/>\n\u2022 Implement price and credits policies<br \/>\n\u2022 Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop and implement marketing strategies<br \/>\n\u2022 Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses<br \/>\n\u2022 Determine staffing requirements<br \/>\n\u2022 Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages<br \/>\n\u2022 Recruit, hire and supervise staff and\/or volunteers<br \/>\n\u2022 Oversee payroll administration<br \/>\n\u2022 Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations<br \/>\nWe pay a competitive wage of $44.72 per hour.
