KFC employer is looking to hire full time and permanent workers for the positions of Restaurant Manager. The person should have some College level Education along with relevant minimum 3-4 years of work experience and passion to succeed in food service industry.<\/p>\n
The person should be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities for this job position:
\nEvaluate daily operations
\nModify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
\nMonitor staff performance
\nPlan and organize daily operations
\nRecruit staff
\nSet staff work schedules
\nTrain staff
\nDetermine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
\nDevelop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
\nConduct performance reviews
\nCost products and services
\nEnsure health and safety regulations are followed
\nNegotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
\nAddress customers’ complaints or concerns
\nProvide customer service<\/p>\n
