The person should be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities for this job position:<\/p>\n
Evaluate daily operations
\nModify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
\nMonitor staff performance
\nPlan and organize daily operations
\nRecruit staff
\nSet staff work schedules
\nTrain staff
\nDetermine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
\nDevelop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
\nConduct performance reviews
\nCost products and services
\nEnsure health and safety regulations are followed
\nNegotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
\nAddress customers\u2019 complaints or concerns
\nProvide customer service
