Sousa Holdings Ltd. (Shell), located in Langley, BC is now hiring a full-time, permanent Retail Store Manager. The person should have College level education along with relevant minimum 3-4 years of work experience and passion to succeed in Retail Industry.
\nThe person should be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities for this job position:
\n\u2022 Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors\u2019 operations on sales:
\n\u2022 Manage staff and assign duties
\n\u2022 Determine merchandise and services to be sold
\n\u2022 Implement price and credits policies
\n\u2022 Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
\n\u2022 Develop and implement marketing strategies
\n\u2022 Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
\n\u2022 Determine staffing requirements
\n\u2022 Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
\n\u2022 Recruit, hire and supervise staff and\/or volunteers
\n\u2022 Oversee payroll administration
\n\u2022 Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
