Northwood Plaza Hotel and Banquet Room, located in Prince George, BC is now hiring full-time, permanent Accommodation Service Manager. The person should have some College level Education along with relevant minimum 3-4 years of work experience.<\/p>\n
The person should be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities for this job position:<\/p>\n
Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
\nDetermine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
\nNegotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
\nNegotiate with clients for the use of facilities
\nRecruit staff and oversee staff training.
\nSet staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
\nControl inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.
\nInteract with customers both in person and over the phone, assist with inquiries, and mitigate any guest complaints.<\/p>\n
