The person should be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities for this job position:<\/p>\n
Assign sales workers to duties.<\/p>\n
Authorize payments by cheque.<\/p>\n
Authorize return of merchandise.<\/p>\n
Sell merchandise.<\/p>\n
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.<\/p>\n
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers.<\/p>\n
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.<\/p>\n
Organize and maintain inventory.<\/p>\n
