Shell Canada (PNY Enterprises Inc.), located in Smither, BC is now hiring full-time, permanent Retail Store Supervisor. The person should have some higher secondary education along with a relevant minimum of 1-2 years of work experience<\/p>\n
The person should be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities for this job position:<\/p>\n
Assign sales workers to duties.
\nEstablish work schedules
\nAuthorize payments by cheque.
\nAuthorize return of merchandise.
\nSell merchandise.
\nPrepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
\nSupervise and coordinate activities of workers.
\nResolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
\nOrganize and maintain inventory.
\nHire and train or arrange for training of staff
